激光熔覆与堆焊层成分稀释度的对比研究

摘    要:测定了用激光熔覆,等离子堆(喷)焊,火焰堆焊三种方式在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上熔焊钴合金强化层时,其熔层基体成分稀释的稀释率。结果表明:激光熔层的稀释率最小。在保证与基体良好冶金结合的条件下,激光熔层还具有组织细密、晶粒高度的特点,其熔层硬度、抗蚀、抗磨抗磨性能均大大高于等离子喷焊和火焰堆焊层。

Abstract:In this research,the dilution of strengthening coats diluted by the compositions of their base metal were determined on condition that the strengthening coats were obtained by using process of laser cladding,plasma built up welding (or plasma spurt welding ) and flame built up welding on 1Cr18Ni9Ti base material. The results shows that the dilution of the laser cladding coat is the least.Under conditions of fine metallurgical combining with the base metal,the laser cladding coat has characteristics of close texture and fine graininess.The hardness and the ability of anti corrosion and wearing resistance of laser cladding are much batter than those of plasma welding or flame built up welding.
