光纤微光开关光能传输特性分析

摘    要:为了明确光纤光开关的光能传输特性,指导光纤光开关的设计、制造,利用光学设计软件ZEAMX建立了光纤光开关的仿真模型,分析了光纤对准误差对光纤耦合效率和输出光斑能量分布的影响.得出的结论是:纵向距离对耦合效率的影响不大,横向偏移和角度偏移对耦合效率的影响较大;光线经过一个玻璃和空气的界面时有3%的能量被反射;横向偏移和角度偏移将使输出光斑的能量分布不均匀、无规律.

Abstract:In order to get the optical energy transmission characteristics and design guidelines of fiber-optical switch,the modeling and simulation analysis of micro optical switch are made by ZEMAX,effects of fiber misalignment on fiber coupling efficiency and energy distribution of output spot are analyzed.The conclusions are shown that the effects of transverse and angular misalignments on the splice loss are more significant than longitudinal misalignment.The 3% energy of rays are reflected when they go through each interface between glass and air;transverse and angular misalignments make the energy distribution of output spot more non-uniform and have less regularity.
