Medlite C3激光治疗太田痣疗效评价方法的探索

目的：探索一种客观、科学、可行的太田痣疗效评价体系。方法：从门诊太田痣患者中随机选择126名对象,在MedliteC3激光治疗前和每次治疗后3个月,分别在摄影室拍摄局部色斑图像,运用计算机图像分析和肉眼辨别两种方法评判治疗效果。结果：两种方法评判太田痣治疗效果存在统计学差异,计算机图像分析评判治愈率低于肉眼评判。结论：计算机图像分析方法对太田痣治疗前后的变化可以进行定量判定,提高了评价方法的客观性和科学性。

Explore of evalute method on therapeutic effect of nevus of ota by Medlite C3 laser

Objective：to explore more objective and scientific evaluate method of therapeutic effect on Nevus of Ota through Medlite C3 laser.Methods： 126 patients with Nevus of Ota were enrolled by rendom among the patients from the clinic.Digital camera and image collection system were used to take pictures of Nevus of Ota under designed conditions,the patients were took pictures before treatment and treated with Medlite C3 laser three months later respectively.These pictures were analysed through computer and eyes and the therapeutic effect of laser treatment were compared.Results：Therapeutic effective rate was found to be lower by computer image analysis compared with eyes evaluate.Conclusion：Computer Image analysis system could been used to quantitatively evaluate and it seems to be more objective.
