摘    要:分析了激光器的相干长度与谐振腔腔长的关系,研究了全固态Nd:YVO4/KTP激光器,在谐振腔腔长超过1m时绿光的输出。在谐振腔内加入热补偿透镜对热效应进行了补偿,实现了长腔激光器的稳定运转。在腔长L=1350mm,泵浦功率为3W时,获得了输出功率为110mW的绿光,发散角为0.7mrad,稳定性小于2%。

Abstract:The connection between the coherence length and the length of the resonant cavity was analyzed in this paper.The output beam energy of all-solid laser was studied when the length of the resonant was extended more than 1 meter.In order to compensate the thermal results,there was a thermal compensative lens in the resonant cavity to realize the steady run of the extra-long optical resonator.The green laser at 532nm of 110mW was obtained when the pump's injection power is 3W,the angle of divergence was 0.7mard,and the stability less than 2%.
