摘    要:本研究应用不同剂量CO2 激光辐照处理甘蔗蜜糖酒精工业性生产用酿酒酵母菌 ,旨在探讨CO2 激光对酿酒酵母菌的生物学效应。结果表明 ,CO2 激光对酵母菌细胞生长及生理代谢等方面具有刺激效应 ;CO2 激光对酵母菌具有诱变作用 ,并已筛选出 3株遗传变异菌株

Abstract:This research is concerned with the biological effects on the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS2.1189 irradiated by CO 2 laser in dfferent irradiation dosages.The results showed that CO 2 laser not only can give rise to physiological stimulating effects on the sprout,the growth and the physiological metabolism of ethanol in the yeast,but also can induce the mutation of the yeast,among which three strains with genetic stability have been screened.
