摘    要:人们在分析半导体光混沌系统的工作特性时 ,通常假定激光器中的载流子寿命为一常数 (本文称为常数载流子寿命近似 (CCLA) )。本文从激光器中载流子的实际复合机制出发 ,得到了处于混沌态时激光器载流子寿命随时间的变化曲线 ;数值研究了半导体激光器光混沌系统的工作特性 ,并把所得的结果与采用常数载流子寿命近似 (CCLA)所得的结果进行了比较 ,发现采用CCLA不仅会导致对混沌区的错误判定 ,并且还会影响对系统同步误差的分析。

Abstract:During modeling theoretically the characteristics of the semiconductor optical chaotic system,the carrier lifetime is usually assumed as a constant (In this paper,it is called as constant carrier lifetime assumption(CCLA)).After considering the actually recombination mechanism of the carrier in the semiconductor,the variation of the carrier lifetime with the time has been obtained,the characteristics of the semiconductor optical chaos system have been investigated numerically,and the obtained results have been compared with those obtained with CCLA.It has been shown that CCLA will not only result in the mistaken definition to the chaotic region but also influence the analysis of the synchronization error.
