板坯结晶器激光再制造技术

摘    要:通过基材预处理、预热和激光熔覆工艺的优化设计,对多种熔覆粉末进行了对比性试验并制备相应的样件。通过对样件熔覆层的各种宏观现象和微观性能的测试分析,得出了大面积板坯结晶器激光熔覆的最佳熔覆粉末、熔覆工艺和工艺参数,为板坯结晶器的激光再制造提供了理论和实验依据。

Abstract:By way of the pre-processing and preheating of substrate,after the optimal design of laser clad-ding processing,a variety of comparative tests were carried out for different cladding powders.Samples of corresponding conditions were prepared.Through a variety of macro micro tests and analyses,the best cladding powder,cladding processing,process parameters during laser re-manufacturing of large area slab crystallizer were recommended.It provides the theoretical and experimental basis for laser re-manufacturing of slab crystallizer.
