摘    要:第五代移动通信系统(5G)正用新兴的技术体系推动着万物互联,构筑起经济社会全面数字化转型的关键信息基础设施,推动全球数字经济发展。5G供应链安全事关国家核心利益和国家安全,已引起各国的重视,为此针对5G供应链特点分析5G供应链安全风险,提出5G网络供应链安全评估模型和指标体系,以支撑5G供应链中断风险的评估,为5G关键信息基础设施的行业监管部门、运营者、设备制造企业的供应链安全评估提供参考,以提升5G供应链安全防护能力,确保5G健康发展,促进国家数字经济发展。

Abstract:The fifth generation of mobile communication technology(5G) is using the emerging technology system to promote the interconnection of all things, build a critical information infrastructure for comprehensive digital transformation of the economy and society, and promote the development of the global digital economy.5G supply chain security is related to national core interests and national security, and has attracted the attention of various countries. the characteristics and the security risks of the 5G mobile communication network supply chain are analyzed, and a security assessment model and indicator system of 5G mobile information network supply chain is proposed to assess the risk of 5G supply disruption, which will provide a reference for the supply chain security assessment of operators, equipment manufacturers and industry regulators of 5G critical information infrastructure to enhance the security protection capabilities of the 5G supply chain, ensure the healthy development of 5G, and promote the development of the national digital economy.
