摘    要:船载地波雷达可利用船载平台机动灵活的特点,扩展地波雷达探测范围,但也会由于平台的运动,影响目标探测性能. 针对船载平台抛锚运动引起艏向变化和目标回波展宽范围不规则导致目标检测性能下降的问题,提出了一种适用于平台抛锚状态时的船载地波雷达目标自适应检测方法. 首先,从平台抛锚时船载地波雷达的目标回波特性和检测背景统计特性两个方面来分析目标检测中的难题. 然后,基于理论仿真与实测数据的分析结果,提出目标自适应检测方法. 该方法先通过前端数据的预处理消除艏向变化带来的影响,再将处理结果进行检测背景的自适应选取并作统计特性转化处理,经过恒虚警率检测后得到检测结果. 最后,利用实测数据对本文提出的方法进行验证. 结果表明:本文提出的船载地波雷达目标自适应检测方法能够有效解决船载平台抛锚时的目标检测难题,可显著提高抛锚状态下船载地波雷达的目标探测能力.

Abstract:Shipborne high frequency sunface wave radar (HFSWR) can make use of the flexibility of shipborne platform to expand the detection range of HFSWR. However, the motion of the platform will also affect the target detection performance. In order to solve the problem that the bow change caused by the anchoring motion of the shipborne platform and the irregularity of the target echo widening range lead to the decline of target detection performance, a shipborne HFSWR target adaptive detection method suitable for the anchoring state of the platform is developed in this paper. Firstly, the difficulties in target detection are analyzed from two aspects: the target echo characteristics and the detection background statistical characteristics of shipborne HFSWR when the platform is anchored. Then, based on the analysis results of theoretical simulation and measured data, an adaptive target detection method is proposed. First, the influence caused by heading change is eliminated through the preprocessing of front-end data, and then the processing results are adaptively selected for the detection background and transformed into statistical characteristics. After CFAR detection, the detection results are obtained. Finally, the proposed method is verified by the measured data. The results show that the target adaptive detection method of shipborne HFSWR proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of target detection when the shipborne platform is anchored, which can significantly improve the target detection ability of shipborne HFSWR in the anchored state.
