分布Er:YAG激光对皮肤光致热分解作用数值分析

摘    要:为了计算分布Er:YAG激光皮肤治疗中微尺寸调Q Er:YAG对皮肤组织光致热分解作用中的压力曲线,采用分布Er:YAG激光皮肤软组织光致热分解作用的数学模型进行数值计算,得到将激光功率密度控制在合适范围内,能使皮肤组织快速汽化而不碳化,且在该功率密度范围内受照皮肤组织内部形成很短持续时间强大压力的结果。结果表明,合适的功率密度的分布调Q Er:YAG激光皮肤治疗,能达到皮肤周围组织损伤小、手术疼痛感少的效果。该计算结果与国外的实验报道基本吻合。

Numerical model of photo-thermolysis between Fractional Er:YAG and skin soft tissue
Abstract:Fractional laser resurfacing is a new laser skin treatment modality that creates numerous microscopic thermal injury zones with controlled width, depth and density. Those injury zones are surrounded by a reservoir of spared epidermal and dermal tissue that allow for rapid repair of laser-induced thermal injury. A numerical model of the photo-thermolysis interaction between fractional Er:YAG laser and the microscopic soft tissue is built. The temperature change and the pressure change are simulated according to the model. The results show that the skin tissue will be evaporated but not carbonized if the power density can be controlled precisely. The pressure curve shows that the pressure duration is too short to get thermal accumulation and the pressure is enough to realize photo-thermolysis.
