| 摘 要： | 基于迈克尔逊干涉仪的原理,提出了一种测量晶体折射率的理论及实验方法;在旋转角度不大的情况下,推导出了理论计算公式。利用CCD传感器和微处理器的结合建立了一套测试系统,该系统利用条纹评估软件提高了测试精度。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Michelson's interferometer,a new method is used to measure the index of crystals.The theoretical formula is obtained under the condition that the rotating angle is small.Combined with CCD and microprocessor,the measurement precision is improved a lot. |
