| 摘 要： | 本文对ＰＩＥ预电离技术及其应用进行了理论探讨和实验研究，证明了ＰＩＥ预电离可以降低大功率横流ＣＯ＿２激光器放电的Ｅ／Ｎ值，增大ｐｄ值，降低起辉电压，提高放电区注入功率密度，是提高大功率横流ＣＯ＿２激光器放电稳定性和输出功率的一种很有效的方法。

| Abstract: | PIE preionization technology and its application are studied theorically and experimentally in this paper,It is proved that PIE preionization can reduce E/N value,increase pd value,decrease ignition voltage;The PIE preionization technology is the effective method to improve the discharge stability and increase the output power of CW CO_2 laser. |
