电声测量系统中的品质管理方法分析与研究

电声测量系统的品质管理是指在电声测量系统中,检测出所测物理量是否在规定范围值内。主要针对电声测量系统中常用的单点限度、绝对限度、限度容限偏移、测量数据偏移、限度容限对齐、测量数据对齐等6种品质管理方法进行了分析与研究。其中限度上下限和测量数据之间的数据管理主要运用了插值算法进行处理。针对不同的测量物理量可以选用不同的品质管理方法,可以使电声测量系统快速、准确地完成电声装置的品质管理。
