| Abstract: | The influence of the material of the diaphragm of the phase on the electrets condenser microphone（ECM）is focused on.The discussion contains two parts,the first part is the analysis of the diaphragm influenced by the substrate of diaphragm in the production;the second part is the analysis of phase of ECM influenced by various stresses. |
