无序的混合排列型ECB—LCD的研究

摘    要:为了改善常规的ECB的显示品质,采用不摩擦技术制备无序的混合排列型ECB液晶盒,分析了它的电光特性和视角特性。无序的混合排列型ECB液晶盒是多畴的结构,并具有很多向错,但人的肉眼却识别不出。无序的混合排列型ECB器件具有三色峰值电压分离较好、工作电压低、视角在整个平面内具有方位角对称性的特点。

Abstract:ECB model is an uniqtle display model which has a simple structure and can complete color display stably. The new color display model called A-HAN ECB-LCD was prepared by NR (non rubbing ) technology. There are multidomain and disclinations in the microscopic photograph of A-HAN, but they can not be seen and recognized by the naked eye. The A-HAN cell has favorable features of the transmission such as the low operating voltage (no threshold voltage ) and the relatively large voltage difference between the transmission peaks of different colors. Comparing with the conventional HAN. the A-HAN has superioritics with simplicity in production and excellent azimuthal syrnmctrical viewing-angle characteristics.
