| 摘 要： | 作战效能评估对武器装备的作战运用具有重要意义。根据评估指标体系构建原则建立了雷达对抗装备组网系统作战运用评估指标体系,并对指标进行了分析。然后综合运用层次分析法和云模型评估方法对系统效能进行了评估。

| Abstract: | Operation efficiency evaluation is very important to the combat application of weapon equipment.This paper sets up the operation application evaluation index system of the radar countermeasure equipment netting system according to the principle of building evaluation index system,and analyzes the index,then synthetically uses the analytical hierarchy process（AHP）and cloud-model evaluation method to evaluate the system efficiency. |
