摘    要:为了满足新兴应用在移动性场景下的用户服务体验,确保网络能够为用户提供可靠的一致性服务,聚焦双连接和移动性增强相关技术开展研究工作,包括切换、主辅小区改变等关键流程。此外,简要介绍了3GPP Rel-16双连接和移动性增强标准研究内容,重点分析了3GPP Rel-17双连接增强技术方案和标准影响,并对3GPP Rel-18技术演进思路及标准化潜在研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the user service experience of the new emerging applications in mobility scenarios and ensure that the network can provide users with reliable and consistent services,this paper focuses on investigating the technologies of multi-rat dual connectivity(MR-DC)and mobility enhancement,including key procedures such as handover and primary secondary cell(PSCell)changes.In addition,the research content of 3GPP Rel-16 is briefly introduced in terms of MR-DC and mobility enhancement,and then the enhanced technical solution of the MR-DC and standard impact of Rel-17 are analyzed.Furthermore,the potential research directions of technical evolution ideas and standardization for Rel-18 are prospected.
