摘    要:制备了Er3 + 单掺和Er3 + /Yb3 + 共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃 ,测量了Er3 + 在玻璃中的吸收光谱和 970nmLD激发下的荧光光谱和荧光寿命 ,计算了Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm波段的吸收和发射截面 ,研究了其荧光强度和发射带宽与掺Yb3 + 浓度间的关系。结果表明 ,共掺Yb3 + 可明显提高Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm荧光发射强度 ,并有利于提高其发射带宽。实验所得最佳掺Yb3 + 离子浓度为 3 6 6× 10 2 0 ions/cm3 ,Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm发射最大FWHM值为 81nm。

Abstract:The Er 3+-doped and Er 3+/Yb 3+-codoped tungsten-tellurite glasses were prepared. The absorption spectra, 1.5 μm emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime of Er 3+ excited at 970 nm, were measured. The absorption and emission cross-sections were calculated. The dependence of Yb 3+ concentration upon 1.5 μm emission intensity and bandwidth of Er 3+ were investigated. Yb 3+-codoping can improve the 1.5 μm emission intensity of Er 3+ effectively and increase its FWHM. The optimum Yb 3+ concentration was 3.66×10 20 ions/cm 3 and a broad 1.5 μm emission spectrum of 81nm FWHM was demonstrated.
