摘    要:研究了一种基于GaAs晶体非稳态光感生电动势效应的非线性激光干涉振动测量系统,以固体激光器为光源,以零差干涉光路进行测量。信号光被一定频率微小振幅振动调制后与参考光在GaAs晶体表面发生干涉,根据光感生电动势效应,高于一定的截止频率,GaAs晶体将产生正比于振动幅值的交变电流信号,从而进行振动测量。对影响输出光感生电流的主要因素进行了实验研究,包括干涉条纹空间频率及GaAs电极间距,确定了最佳工作条件。将该系统的测量结果与商用测振仪的测量结果进行了比较,结果一致。

Micro-Vibration Interferometry Based on Nonlinear Crystal of GaAs
Abstract:Homodyne interferometry based on nonlinear GaAs crystal for micro-vibration measurement is investigated by conducting an experiment. In the interferometer that with 532 nm laser, signal beam is modulated by a vibrating mirror and interfers with reference beam on the surface of GaAs crystal. The interferometric signal produces photo-induced current that relates to vibration amplitude when vibration frequency is beyond cut-off frequency of GaAs crystal. Influences of spatial frequency of interferometric fringes and electrode space of GaAs crystal on the photo-induced current of the GaAs crystal are studied and the optimum parameters are obtained. Experimental results are compared with those from a commercial vibration measurement instrument and coincided well.
