摘    要:基于熔融拉锥耦合器制作工艺及相位掩模布拉格光纤光栅制作工艺,初步制作了一体化光纤光栅耦合器(FGC),通过对影响初制器件特性的工艺因素进行分析和实验验证,提出了改进的一体化光纤光栅耦合器制备工艺,成功制成了一体化光纤光栅耦合器,进行了器件特性测试实验研究,即光波上行复用(OAM)、光波下行复用(ODM)实验,为一体化光纤光栅耦合器的制备提供了参考。

Abstract:The fabrication technics of fiber grating coupler(FGC) based on fused biconical taper coupler and phase mask fiber grating technics is designed through the improvement of trial-manufacture and the analysis of influencing factors in detail.The FGC which can be used as optical add-drop multiplexer(OADM) is successfully produced and the experiments of optical add multiplexer(OAM)/ optical drop multiplexer(ODM) are all carried out.The valuable reference for the design and fabrication of FGC is provided.
