High speed pyroelectric detectors |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the design and fabrication of high speed pyroelectric detectors made from LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 crystals,are described,including calculation and measurement of detectors responsivities and comparison on laser damage threshold of 4 kinds of material in common use; the generation mechanism of pyroelectric resonance and its elimination are discussed. |
