摘    要:光纤耦合激光二极管 (LD)抽运Nd∶YVO4激光晶体 ,采用KTP晶体腔内倍频 ,在输入抽运功率为 11W时 ,获得 1 5W稳定单频绿光输出 ,光 光转换效率 13 6 %。通过边带锁频系统将基频激光频率锁定在F P共焦参考腔的中心频率上 ,输出的倍频光频率稳定性优于 6 2 0kHz,功率稳定性优于± 1 5 %。

Abstract:A cw frequency stability and intracavity frequency doubled ring Nd∶YVO 4/KTP end pumped by a laser diode through fiber coupling is designed and experimentally demonstrated. Using the side band frequency locking technique, up to 1.5 W green output with the frequency stability better than 620 kHz is achieved by the pump power of 11 W. The conversion efficiency from light to light is 13.6% and the fluctuation of output power is less than ±1.5%.
