| 摘 要： | 本文就目前提出的几种HpD的光敏机制,通过离体培养的癌细胞,在HpD的浓度接近诊治癌症的临床条件下进行了比较.初步推断在HpD-光敏诊治癌症过程中起主导作用的机制仍是单态氧.

Photosensitiation mechanism of HpD in the cancer treatment process |

| Abstract: | This paper compares photorensitization mechanisms of HpD suggested at present by means of vitro cancer cellular experiment. The concentrations of HpD are near to the clinical conditions for diagnosis and treatment of cancer. It is derived that the major mechanism in the process of HpD-photosensitized therapy of cancer is still the singlet oxygen. |
