国外电信网络分离理论与实践研究

网络分离是当前国际电信业改革的主要趋势之一,许多国家通过网络分离解决网络平等接入问题和下一代国家宽带网络建设问题,我国也有类似的改革呼声。本文研究归纳了国外电信网络分离的支撑经济理论、利弊、类型、模式及相关配套措施,旨在为我国电信业未来的类似改革提供有益的指引。

Theory of Network Separation and Overseas Practice

Network separation is one of the main trends of the current international telecommunication reform worldwide.Some countries introduced network separation to solve the network equal access problem and to build next generation broadband network.There are the similar reform requests in China.This paper summarized the study abroad about the theory,the advantages and disadvantages, type,mode and related measures of network separation,for the purpose to provide useful guidance of China＇s telecom future reform.
