| 摘 要： | 无线应急指挥通信车是城市应急指挥通信系统中的重要组成部分，本方案所设计的无线应急指挥通信车不仅可以实现多个不同制式、不同频段的应急指挥通信网络的互连互通，还能实现应急指挥通信车与远程指挥中心的通信。基于数字信号处理技术和VoIP技术的语音、信令信号的处理是本设计方案中的关键技术。

| Abstract: | Wireless communication vehicle in command of emergency is an important part of the city's communication system in command of emergency, and the vehicle designed in this scheme can not only supply the communications with different networks in command of emergency ,but also can communicate with the remote command center. The processing of voice and signaling based on digital signal processing (DSP) and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) is key technology in this design. |
