| 摘 要： | 为完成时固定台站各类通信电源及其环境的实时监控，保证电源系统的稳定运行，本系统在设备硬件平台基础上，通过设备通信协议转换装置，构建了基于TCP／IP通信协议的WEB监控网络，完成了监控终端与通信电源的通信，实现对通信电源的遥测、遥信和遥控，提高了对通信电源科学维护的水平。
