| 摘 要： | 针对通信基站监控系统的长期运行中所存在的问题,结合公司出品的短信监控系统的三年实践,提出基站监控信息自动分配到目标用户的办法,使监控值班中心从信息传递链中撤出,实现通信基站从“无人值守”到“无人值班”的跨越。

| Abstract: | Communication base stations monitor system has some significant faults in its long term run,these faults are first analyzed.And accroding to our company's three year's research in base stations monitor system,a plan for solving those faults are given.In order to eliminate the base stations monitor center,the monitor information are designed to distribute to end user.Therefore,it can make commnication base stations from"guard-free"to"duty-free". |
