| Abstract: | IFF (Identification, Friend or Foe) technology saw first application to military aircraft. After Gulf war, great attention was once again attached to this seemingly old technology by US Army Forces, among which air and ground IFF technology has become an research area of its high priority. Advances in this direction are outlined. |
