摘    要:提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法分析双脊波导的主模单模带宽,并与相关文献报道的计算结果进行比较,结果表明:FDTD法具有较高的计算精度,可以很方便地用于波导传输特性分析。用FDTD法分析了双脊波导中,由于制造工艺造成的双脊之间不对称对主模单模带宽的影响,给出了主模单模带宽分别在脊位置变化、脊宽变化及脊高变化时的变化规律,为双脊波导的设计和工程应用提供参考数据。

Abstract:This paper proposes the application of finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method in analyzing the dominant-mode bandwidth of double-ridge waveguide,and compares its numerical results with those reported in the literatures.And these indicate that the FDTD method is of high efficiency.For the asymmetrical influence between the double ridges on the dominant-mode bandwidth resulted from the manufacturing technology,the variations laws of dominant-mode bandwidth in the ridge position,the ridge width and the ridge height are given.These could provide some reference data for the design and engineering application of double-ridge waveguide.
