| 摘 要： | 为评估固定式局部水基灭火系统在工程应用中的灭火性能,研制一套基于MCGS的固定式局部水基灭火系统性能标准评估装置。该装置主要包括标准火源和设备控制及数据采集系统两部分,其中,标准火源由试验喷射枪提供,其热释放率为1 MW或6 MW,设备控制及数据采集系统由MCGS组态软件和TPC7062K共同配合完成,并对现场仪表进行控制,从而实现温度、压力及灭火时间等数据的采集和存储。通过实际测试实验表明,该装置测试过程可实现全自动化控制,试验数据具有良好的可重复性,可作为固定式局部水基灭火系统灭火效能评估的标准测试装置。

| Abstract: | A control instrument of assessment device which based on MCGS software for water-based firefighting system in order to researching the firefighting performance of fixed local water-based firefighting system＇s application in engineering is designed.There are two important parts.One is test fire,the other is equipment control and data acquisition system.The former provides standard fire and the latter base on a software named MCGS and TPC7062K touch screen designed together for collecting and recording fire-extinguishing process data.And the result shows that the device can also control from assessing the performance of the fixed local water-based firefighting system.This evaluation device can effectively for fire extinguishing system test,and realize process automation control experiment. |
