基于北斗卫星的海洋调查测量监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:通信针对目前我国海洋调查测量单点作业模式的现状,采用我国自主研发的"北斗"卫星导航系统作为无线信道单元,设计了基于北斗卫星的分布式海洋调查测量监控系统,实现岸站或母船的监控中心对一个或多个测量终端的遥测遥控,建立了船与岸、船与船之间的实时联系,形成分布式的海洋调查测量模式,对海量调查数据的实时高效传输及实时调整调查测量计划任务都具有战略性的意义。

Abstract:Based on Beidou satellite navigation system which is independently developed in China as a radio channel unit,a distributed oceanographic survey measurement and monitor system based on Beidou satellite is designed according to the situation of the single-point operation mode in the current oceanographic survey measurement.The system realizes that a shore station or the mothership monitoring center distantly survey and control one or more measuring terminals,establishes a real-time link between the ship and the shore station and between the ship and the ship,and finally forms the distributed oceanographic survey measurement mode.The system has strategic significance for real-time and efficient transmission of the mass survey data and real-time adjustment of the survey measurement task.
