摘    要:介绍了大型公共建筑能耗分项计量的背景和目的,并基于对图书馆能耗情况的详细分析,提出了完整的能耗分项计量解决方案。通过本方案的实施,能够实时监测建筑的能耗,判断建筑运行模式的合理性,评估设备系统用能合理性,从而掌握建筑实时能耗情况,及时采取节能措施。该举措不仅可以为建筑节能提供依据,起到试点示范作用,还可以累积数据,为制定用能政策提供依据。
