摘    要:蒸汽锅炉水冷壁的泄露事故会影响到整个供气系统的安全和经济运行。漏磁检测是无损检测中的一种重要方式,采用漏磁法检测水冷壁不受水冷壁管件的表面状况影响,探头与管件不必接触,对管件内外表面检测灵敏度相同,对均匀减薄、渐变减薄都有较高的检测灵敏度,检测速度对检测结果无影响,管件内的介质对检测结果无影响,漏磁检测设备体积小、重量轻,便于现场应用,因此应用漏磁技术对水冷壁检测有重要意义。应用漏磁技术对水冷壁进行检测,分析了漏磁检测系统的原理和结构,以及水冷壁管件的特点,检测结果表明该检测技术的有效性。

Abstract:Leakage accident of water-cooled tube for boiler affects the security and economy operation of a whole supply system. The magnetic flux leakage testing (MFLT) is an emphasis mode of NDT(non-destructive testing). The MFLT detection of water-cooled tubes for boilers is unacted on superficial state of pipelines and the probe needn't come into contact with pipes. The detecting sensitivity to pipe inside surface or outside surface is the same. The detecting velocity and medium in pipeline are independent of detecting outcome. The MFLT equipment possesses less cubage, light weight and carry-home feature. The application of MFLT in detection of water-cooled tube for boiler, the structure of the MFLT system, and the cha- racteristics of water-cooled tube of boiler are analyzed, The result of detection indicates that the technology is effective.
