电动转辙机测试仪道岔阻力测试方法设计

摘    要:传统测试转辙机克服道岔阻力大小时需要在室外搬动某组道岔,将内外密贴杆连接销取出,这种方法操作复杂、存在安全隐患,为了解决这一弊端,提出了一种基于快速功率芯片ADE7755的测试方法。该方案将结合转辙机所用电机进行分析研究,在MATLAB中采用最小二乘法,建立电机相关电量与转辙机输出力之间的函数关系,通过ADE7755参与采样运算,计算得出转辙机输出力大小。最后通过实验的方法,在数据上验证该方法可行。
