摘    要:Modbus协议由于其开放性、透明性、成本低、易于开发等优点,在工业领域被广泛使用。MCX314运动控制芯片具有高精度的可控性以及接口简单、编程方便等特点,因此在工业生产中常被用于伺服电机的精确控制。介绍了Modbus串口协议的通信原理以及MCX314运动控制芯片的应用,并结合两者开发出操作简单、控制精确、带有良好人机交互界面的自动钻孔系统,该系统以C8051系列单片机为核心微处理器与上位机通信并对运动芯片进行控制,实现了通过触摸屏对多个钻孔机同时进行操作的一对多控制,并在工业生产中通过测试。
