| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了自动化立体仓库管理系统的硬件和软件设计方案,其网络平台由总线控制网络和管理信息网络组成,两者之间无缝连接的实现采用先进的OPC接口技术。系统采用全程监控,实时调度的方式,在操作中入库任务优先执行,使得出入库任务具有惟一的任务号。自动化立体仓库管理系统实现了仓库管理和出入库作业的自动化,最终对提高企业的综合自动化水平具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | This article primarily introduces how to build administrate system by hardware configuring and software design in AS/RS,as well as using the advanced OPC interface technique to make the control network and manager information network compactly link,they compose the system network.Using the entire journey monitoring and the real-time routing in this system.Running the storage work firstly to make the storage and retrieval work number is one and only.Warehouse management,storage and retrieval work become automated by it.It is available for the enterprise to improve integrate automate level. |
