手持式气象传感器现场测量仪的开发

摘    要:目前,我国主流自动气象站主要有CAWS600系列、ZQZ-F、DZZ2、Milos500、DYYZ等。野外现场对传感器工作状态的快速判断直接影响气象站的维护效率。气象传感器输出的电信号类型多,包括电压、电流、格雷码、脉冲、电阻等。针对目前气象传感器测量仪器的不足,提出一种手持式气象传感器测量仪,采用便携式结构,锂电池供电,低功耗处理器作为主控,结合CPLD和信号调理电路,能同时实现温度、湿度、风速、风向、雨量、辐射、蒸发、气压等气象传感器的输出测量。根据现场气象条件和测量结果,完成对传感器工作状态的判断。为气象装备保障人员赴野外现场维护和检修提供一种仪器手段。

Abstract:At present,the mainstream automatic weather stations in China are CAWS600,ZQZ-F,DZZ2,Milos500, DYYZ,etc. The swift judgment in field site on the operating state of sensors has a direct influence on the maintenance efficien-cy of weather stations. Meteorological sensors can output many types of electric signals,such as voltage,amperage,Gray code, impulse,resistance and so on. Owing to the lack of detecting instruments for meteorological sensors and the shortcomings brought by huge size of JJQ,a handheld detecting instrument for meteorological sensors was invented. This kind of portable in-strument,powered by a lithium battery and controlled by a low-power CPU,is capable to achieve the output detection of temper-ature,humidity,wind speed,lithium batteries,wind direction,rainfall amount,radiation,evaporation and atmospheric pres-sure with the help of CPLD and signal conditioning circuit. This instrument can also judge the operating state of sensors accord-ing to weather conditions and the detected results. It is an advisable instrument for support personnel to maintain and repair me-teorological equipments in field site.
