转动惯量测量电路与实现

摘    要:为了实现在线测量回转机械传动系统的转动惯量,采用了以ADuC812单片机为核心,并结合其他外围芯片的控制电路和实现方法。硬件重点设计了单片机采集与处理信号电路及继电器控制电路的实现;软件给出了主程序流程图的设计。经过硬件实测,该电路可以方便快捷地完成对转动惯量的实时测量,且电路结构简单,使用灵活方便,并具有线性度高,噪声系数小等特点。

Abstract:In order to achieve the real-time detection of the rotating inertia from machine drive system,a ADuC812 single-chip microcomputer is taken as a core and a control circuit for other perpheral chips is used.Two circuits for SCM signal acquisition and processing,and a circuit for relay control are realized in design hardware.The design method of main program flow chart is presented in software.The hardware testing results show that the circuit can implement the the real-time detection of rotary inertia rapidly...
