一种新型的蓄电池充电技术研究

摘    要:通过分析铅酸蓄电池组串联充电不均衡的产生原因,采用不对称半桥和Buck两级主电路结构,结合三段式充电法,提出了一种新型的充电器设计方案,解决了充电不均衡的难题。实验结果表明,该方案能实现蓄电池组的并联均衡充电,避免电池性能差别的扩大,不对称半桥的零电压软开关也提高了充电器的效率。

Abstract:A design of an improved charger was proposed to so1ve the problem of charging non-equilibrium by analysing the reason of charging non-equilibrium of series lead acid batteries.It adopts AHB and two-level main circuit combined with three-step charging method.Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can realize the equalizing charging of series batteries,avoid the expansion of battery differences,and improve the efficiency of the charger by the aid of ZVS of AHB.
