钛酸铝对微晶玻璃复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:通过对硼硅酸系玻璃与钛酸铝陶瓷复合,制备了性能较优的复合材料,在较低的烧成温度750℃下,介电常数为4.19,热膨胀系数为(3.23±0.02)×10-6/℃。

Abstract:Composite material compounded by borosilicate glass and aluminum titanate ceramic is obtained with better performance at a relatively low sintering temperature of 750 ℃.The dielectric constant is 4.19,thermal expansion coefficient is(3.23±0.02)×10-6.
