火力发电厂汽轮机凝汽器真空系统的检漏技术

摘    要:汽轮机凝汽器真空差一直是电力生产中长期未能很好解决的大问题,是火力发电机组实际供电煤耗远远高于设计的重要因素之一。解决真空严密性问题对降低火电机组供电煤耗和优化冷却系统参数都有重要现实作用。大量数据证明,氦质谱检漏技术是满足火力发电厂“不停机”的真空系统检测的唯一方法。它具有快速、准确、重复性好,无毒、安全、动态检测灵敏度高等优点,是值得向全国推广的节能先进技术。

Abstract:Poor vacuum in the turbine condensers at thermal power stations has been a great problem to be solved for power productions,and one of the important factors which results in a higher coal consumption than that of their design.Therefore,solving the problem of air-tightness is an important practice to reduce the coal consumption and optimize parameters of the cooling system.A number of data show that the He mass spectrum detection technique is the only way to meet the requirements of "no-stop"of the thermal power plants.This technique is fast,accurate,safe and free of poison with a good repeatability and high dynamic detection sensitivity.It is an advanced technique for energy saving,and is well worth spreading to national wide.
