电子侦察船生存能力评估方法

电子侦察船生存能力的高低将直接影响其海上侦察任务的完成,如何对其进行正确评估是提高电子侦察船生存能力的关键所在。目前,对电子侦察船生存能力评估方法的研究有很多,但主要都是集中在定性分析上,定量评估的还未见相关报道。本文通过在对电子侦察船生存能力进行深入分析的基础上,建立起电子侦察船生存能力指标体系和评估模型,并运用定性与定量相结合的方法来评估,提出的评估方法科学合理,不但对提高电子侦察船的生存能力具有指导意义,而且对其他海上作战平台生存能力的评估具有借鉴价值。

Methods of Evaluating the Survivability of Electronic Reconnaissance Ships

The survivability of an electronic reconnaissance ship imposes direct impact on the accomplishment of its maritime reconnaissance missions.How to evaluate the survivability of an electronic reconnaissance ship correctly is a key to the improvement of it.Nowadays there are many methods of the survivability evaluation,but most of them are focused on qualitative analysis.No report on quantitative evaluation is found up to now.On the basis of deep analysis of the survivability of electronic reconnaissance ships,the index system and evaluation model of electronic reconnaissance ship survivability are established in this paper.By employing the method integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable,not only for improving the survivability of electronic reconnaissance,but for the evaluation of the survivability of other maritime combat platforms.
