| 摘 要： | 为了支持服务系统最大限度地实现顾客期望的服务价值，提出了一种面向价值的组合服务优化方法。该方法是基于面向价值的组合服务分析的结果，利用人工蜂群算法（ABC），通过对组合服务中影响价值实现的服务要素进行替换，得到组合服务的优化方案。实验结果表明文中的面向价值的组合服务优化方法能够以最小的优化代价、最大限度地保障服务系统的价值实现。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a value optimization method for composite services to support service system that it can real- ize the customer expectations of service value. The method is based on the results of the value analysis of the composite service oriented, uses artificial bee colony algorithm （ ABC）, and replaces the composite service elements to realize the optimization scheme of the combination. The result of experiment shows that the value optimization method for composite service can realize the service value with the minimum cost and maximum implementation of service value. |
