城市公共安全图像监控技术的发展论述

城市公共安全图像监控系统在城市公共安全常态管理、重大活动及突发事件应急指挥中发挥着越来越重要的作用,随着现代城市社会和经济的高速发展,其在许多地方得到了推广和应用。但与此同时,城市的发展也对公共安全监控系统提出了更高的要求。现阶段城市公共安全图像监控系统还相对不完善,仍然有很多需要改进的地方。就城市公共安全图像监控系统发展所面临的问题进行分析,并提出发展建议。

Development of Video Surveillance Technology for Urban Public Safety

Urban public safety video surveillance system is playing an increasingly important role in the city management, such as the city normal public safety, major events, and emergency command. With the rapid development of the modern city’s society and economic, urban public safety video surveillance systems has been deployed and application promoted in more and more fields. At the same time, higher requirements to the urban public safety video surveillance systems are needed to adapt the development of the city. There are still many areas of the urban public safety video surveillance system are relatively imperfect, which are needed to be improved. In this paper, the main problems of the current urban public safety video surveillance system are discussed, and the development proposals are given.
