基于全媒体的智能应急广播平台构建研究

全媒体传播时代,如何才能取得突发事件应急报道的最佳效果,已成为当前政府亟待解决的紧迫问题.本文通过分析当前应急传播的现状,结合媒体智能应急广播的功能需求,提出了系统的总体架构,并由此研究了系统管理平台和调度控制系统,最后提出应将应急报道工作看作一个系统工程进行科学管理,希望为智能应急广播平台的构建提供参考.

Based on all media of construction of intelligent emergency broadcast platform

All media era,how to obtain emergency report best effect,has become a pressing problem urgendy to be solved in the current government.This paper analyzes the present situation of the current emergency communication,combined with the function of emergency broadcast media intelligence needs,put forward the overall architecture of the system,and thus to study the system management platform and the dispatching control system,and puts forward the emergency should be reported to work as a system engineering to scientific management,hope to provide reference for media emergency platform development.
