| 摘 要： | 根据广电总局的相关规定和要求,依托青海台目前电视播控系统实际,利用现有的成熟技术和设备,从系统设备和视音频信号方面进行有效监测,同时结合青海台监看屏幕墙的改造,实现监视与监控报警的有机组合,构建电视播出监测预警系统,确保电视节目的安全播出。
