| Abstract: | This paper describes calculation method of the temperature coefficient, under different temperature by steady-state simulator to test out the corresponding components of open circuit voltage, short circuit current, maximum power value, used MATLAB to calculate and simulate the temperature coefficient curve, improve the efficiency of data processing. |
