摘    要:温度传感器能将温度变化信息转换成可处理的电信号信息,广泛应用于温度测量仪表、火灾监测等多个领域。本文利用二极管温度特性设计的简易温度传感器具有较好的线性度,且电路简单等特点,可用于数字温度计、火灾报警器等多个趣味实验的前端探测,有利于培养学生的工程实践动手能力。

Abstract:Temperature sensor can convert temperature change information into processable electrical signal information,which is widely used in temperature measuring instruments,fire monitoring and other fields.The simple temperature sensor designed by using the temperature characteristic of the diode has good linearity and simple circuit.It can be used to detect the front end of many interesting experiments,such as digital thermometer,fire alarm and so on.It is helpful to cultivate students'practical ability in engineering.
