面向全量用户的电力综合业务自助办理终端设计

为提高电力营业厅的业务办理效率,进一步推进电力智能化,提出一种面向全量用户的综合业务自主办理终端。在本文的开发中,首先对自助办理终端的整体架构进行了设计,然后将系统的功能模块分为业务办理、查缴费和发票打印,并针对以上三个功能模块中的部分功能进行了详细的流程设计。
