| 摘 要： | 某核电站按计划执行机组换料大修后的汽动辅助给水泵组(ASG泵组)再鉴定试验工作,试验中因3号泵(ASG003PO)问题造成试验多次中断,主要异常表现为:首次启动跳泵、全流量试验中因转速扬程偏差问题执行转速调整后两次跳泵、执行多次转速调整后转速扬程偏差无法达到标准范围以内。项目组对不同的试验异常按工况区别进行了原因分析,并针对性制定纠正措施,最终消除故障现象,确保设备的正常运行。

| Abstract: | A nuclear power plant is scheduled to perform the steam of the refueling overhaul auxiliary feed water pump group (ASG pump group) evaluation test work again,because of no.3 pump (ASG003PO) problems in the test interrupt the experiment many times,the main abnormal manifestation is: jump start the pump for the first time,the whole flow test execution speed adjusted because of the speed head deviation problems in two jump pump,perform multiple speed adjusted its head deviation cannot reach the standard range.The project team analyzed the reasons for different test anomalies according to different working conditions,and formulated targeted corrective measures to eliminate the fault phenomenon and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. |
